Shipping policy

All orders are subject to a processing time of 2 business days prior to packaging, updating tracking information, or being shipped. Your order will be shipped 3-5 business days after you've placed your order. Please be aware, though we do our best to ensure contents are secure and safe - we are shipping WAX. Wax can melt when left in poor weather or become damaged when left in the sun or handled roughly. We are not liable nor do we promise replacements for aesthetic purposes, breaking of wax melts (since they're meant to be broke and melted), or label peeling due to inclement weather. However, if your products packaging is damaged, glass is broken, or purchase isn't useable - we will certainly work with you within the realm of our Refund Policy.

Note that all products are shipped from the following address: 162 Sixth St. Auburn, ME, 04210 and customer is expected to cover the shipping charge. Shipping is automatically generated by Shopify and determines the best rates with the most protection. In addition to the shipping charge is an 8% fee to cover bubble mailers, shipping boxes, shipping labels, packing tape, protective wrap, or any other required materials to protect your purchase. This could increase/decrease based on results with our current materials.

Please make sure your address is correct when placing an order, if your item is sent back to us due to incorrect address - we will make our best effort to contact you. If we do not receive an updated address and shipping fee within 72 hours, your items will be put back up for sale. A partial refund may be disbursed after subtracting a $5 inconvenience fee and original shipping - as it's already been used (for example if order was $20+$5 shipping, you would only receive $15 back.) Partial refunds are sent within 7 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work towards making it right.

Damages do NOT include: frosting, slight melting from being left outdoors, air bubbles, or wax melts breaking in packaging as these are all natural occurrences and wax melts are meant to be broken/melted.

Electronic gift cards are exempt from shipping. If you'd like a physical gift certificate in addition to the electronic code sent to your email, please email us and we'd be happy to mail one! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
